The Facebook movie The Social Network wins four Golden Globe Awards paving the way for the Oscars. The Best Drama Golden Globe went to The Social Network, which also took the the Globe for best director (David Fincher) and Aaron Sorkin got the Golden Globe for the best screenplay. The Facebook movie has also won the best Score created by Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails) and Atticus Ross.
The Social Network opened last October to much controversy. The real story behind how Facebook came about is still murky. Facebook never endorsed the movie. Facebook was in the news just recently when Goldman Sachs invested at a huge valuation of a $50 billion.
The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards took place last night in Hollywood. The 83rd Oscars are talking place on Feb 27. I am pretty sure The Social Network movie also gets at least one Oscar.
