Sci-fi fans will have a field day watching the Super Bowl 2011. There are several alien movies in the Super Bowl Ad line-up. The Hollywood Reporter says that a trailer of alien invasion movie Super 8 will also be shown during the Super Bowl XLV. Super 8 is produced by on other than Steven Spielberg and directed by J.J. Abrams of Lost fame. The details about the Super 8 movie are kept quite secret.
The current trailer you can watch below is not revealing much, besides that 1979 some section of Area 51 has been closed down and material got transported to a special center in Ohio. The trailer shows a massive train wreck and something big wanting to get out of a wagon after the crash. Hey, I think there is an alien in that wagon. Super 8 debuts in cinemas June 10th.
Just like last year, I4U News will be featuring again the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the big game. The Super Bowl XLV will take place in the Dallas Cowboys stadium on February 6th 2011.
