The movie Limitless with Bradley Cooper and Robert DeNiro is one of the few movies advertised (via Hollywood Reporter) during the Super Bowl 2011 that has no Aliens in it, but is still a geek movie. According to the IMDb the story line goes like this: "A copywriter discovers a top-secret drug which bestows him with super human abilities." This sounds like a Super Hero movie to me.
Update:
Limitless Super Bowl Movie Trailer published.
