Scosche has several different portable external batteries to keep your gear charged up and working on the go. Scosche has announced that its latest portable battery offering is now shipping. The battery pack is called the goBAT II dual USB Portable Charger & Battery Pack.

The device has a 5000mAh battery inside and it has a pair of USB ports. One of those ports has 2.1A and the other has 1A. The 2.1A port is perfect for charging the iPad and the battery has enough power to charge the iPad more than half way.

The power inside the battery will charge the iPhone for nearly 2.5 times. It has a LED indicator to show when it if fully charged and a full charge takes up to eight hours. The device is shipping right now directly form Scosche for $89.99.
