R.com offers the 3.8-lb. MSI Microstar X400-204US Intel Core 2 Solo 1.3GHz 14.1" Widescreen Notebook in Black for $389.99. This $50 mail-in rebate drops it to $339.99. With around $12 for shipping, it's the lowest total price we could find by $46, although it was $14 less back in May. It features an Intel Core 2 Solo SU2700 1.3GHz single-core processor, 14.1" 1366x768 widescreen LCD, 2GB RAM, 320GB hard drive, 802.11n wireless, webcam, media card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI output, 8-cell battery, and Windows 7 Home Premium. Deal ends July 31.

Note: It doesn't have an internal optical drive.
