Buy HTC Aria from Amazon Prime Day, Amazon Cyber Monday and Black Friday Now

A Penny (1 Cent) does usually not buy you much. Only in the mobile phone isle you can get a new smartphone for a penny as long as you sign a new carrier contract.
The Wireless Amazon Store has a nice filter that lets you see all available Penny Phone deals.
Most of them are phones on the AT&T network including the HTC Aria Android Phone and the BlackBerry Bold 9700. The HTC Aria runs Android 2.1 and is overall a decently equipped Android smartphone.

If AT&T is a not a carrier option for you then for a penny you can get the Motorola Droid. If you want the latest Droid then you still have to pay $149.99 (which is $50 less than Verizon is offering it). The new HTC Droid Incredible is not a penny phone yet. There are reports that the Droid Incredible shipping is delayed. On Amazon it still says "usually ships in 24 hours."

To see all penny phone deals (they all require a new contract) on the Amazon Wireless store click on the All Phones link and then click the Penny Phone checkmark.
Shop for mobile phones now on the Amazon Wireless Store.
