Verizon seems to attract iPhone 4 users at a very fast pace. Analytics company Localytics posted a report showing that despite AT&T’s nearly eight-month head start, Verizon has managed to capture nearly a third of the US iPhone 4 market. Mobile app analytics firm Localytics broke down all US iPhone 4 traffic to come up with the figure, as well as charting the Verizon iPhone’s growth since its launch in February.
If this is correct than I could imagine that Verizon will account for 50% of the iPhone 5 sales in the United States this fall. Last month we covered an analyst report that sees Verizon as a major factor for iPhone 5 sales and in return hurting Android phone sales on the carrier.
