Android Honeycomb 3.2 gets released

Android 3.2 has been released to the open source community and is also on the way to Motorola Xoom tablets. The big thing about Android 3.2 is the support of 7-inch tablets like the announced tablets from Huawei and the ViewSonic. For existing tablets Android 3.2 offers zoom to fit. That means you can run Android phone apps in full size on your Xoom tablet.

The rollout of Android 3.2 on the Xoom just started. Also relevant for Xoom users, Android 3.2 adds SD card support. Via Phandroid.

In related news, the LTE module long promised to be available for the Motorola Xoom tablet is making a stop at the FCC. This means the release is finally around the corner. Via Wireless Goodness.
