Tablets are set to invade the IFA 2011 Consumer Electronics show in Berlin this September. Sony is likely using the IFA to launch their S1 and S2 tablets for instance (see photo above of Miss IFA 2011 holding a Sony Tablet S1). A rumor from Korea says that Samsung will debut the Samsung Q at the IFA 2011.
The Samsung Q is a 5.3-inch is a giant smartphone or a small tablet - however you like to look at it. The Samsung Q is supposed to feature of course a Super AMOLED display. A 3G and LTE version of the Samsung Q are supposed to be in the cards according to this Korean language report on Yahoo Korea. Via Android Community.
