Apple just updated the MacBook Air laptop line, but maybe there is soon coming even more. MacRumors reports that they have learned that Apple has finished work on an ultra-thin 15 laptop. It is not clear if this new laptop is part of the MacBook Air or MacBook Pro line.
The new MacBook Air form factor is wildly successful and Intel is pushing with the Ultrabook platform now into the same direction. The new 15-inch MacBook is likely to drop the CD drive as Apple has done in the MacBook Air and give it an SSD storage. I predict that this 15-inch laptop will become the top of the line MacBook Air model.
I am actually still wondering if Apple is going to relaunch the MacBook series. As reported, when Apple launched the 2011 MacBook Air series, the white MacBook disappeared.
