It is widely assumed that the iPhone 5 aka iPhone 4S launches in October. The big question now of course is when will the iPhone 5 go on sale? For now I would be already happy to know when Apple is going to announce the iPhone 5. The media event announcing the iPhone 5 would happen likely in the next two weeks. Over in France, the CEO of France Telecom said that he believes that the iPhone 5 launches on October 15 (Via MacRumors).
This seems more like a guess, as October 15 is on a Saturday. I just do not think that Apple launches the sale of the iPhone 5 on a weekend. Apple could choose the Friday (October 14) or Thursday (October 13) before, but now I am guessing the release date of the iPhone 5.
As reported last week, German Telekom has already launched a reservation program for the iPhone 5.
