Apple and Samsung are in one of the most heated patent and design infringement wars right now. Apple has already reached a sales ban for the Galaxy Tab tablet in Germany. A new rumor report from The Korea Times says that Samsung now plans to gun down the iPhone 5 on arrival in Korea. Samsung is supposed to take Apple to court in Korea over violation of wireless patents. Samsung believes that their patents are strong enough to reach sales ban of the iPhone 5 in Korea.
Given the importance of Samsung in Korea, I can imagine that they will succeed. As said before, these patent wars are bad news for consumers. Consumers should be able to decide what product will succeed on the market place and not some sales ban.
More iPhone 5 Rumors.
