Motorola was first with an Android tablet and now as the company belongs to Google it should continue to lead the Android tablet segment with a variety of new models.
I am not sure viability of the smaller screen-size tablets. Apple had a good reason to choose the 10-inch size to begin with. Anyway this Fall we should see several new Android Tablets that run on Ice Cream Sandwich and maybe already run on the new Quad-core Tegra CPU.
