Google has been pretty much tight lipped about the next Android release. It is called Ice Cream Sandwich, will unify tablet and smartphone UI and comes this fall. That was pretty much all Google revealed so far. Just when Amazon unveiled the Kindle Fire with its custom Android version a (blurry) video appears showing off Ice Cream Sandwich running on a Nexus S.
Engadget reports that they received a video from a guy who bought a Nexus S on eBay. To his surprise a build of Ice Cream Sandwich was on the phone. The video shows the camera in action, new multitasking bar and more. It is though hard to tell from the video if all this is a major improvement over HoneyComb. We already carried rumors that Google postponed major new features to the next Android release dubbed Jelly Bean.
