Google unveils Ice Cream Sandwich with a refined, unified UI for phones and tablets and introduces innovative features for users and developers.

Ice Cream Sandwich is finally here and now we know what new features are coming to Android phones and tablets. Google spent lots of time refining the user interface. There are many new features but few that stick out. Android 4.0 is adding a new voice input engine to let yu dictate text. This is not a Siri type assistant. Another cool feature is to be able to log-in via face recognition.
