Today I am checking out the Wicked Audio 3D Series Headphones. These headphones are made for style and comfort and promise some quality sound. Read on for all of the details on the Wicked Audio 3D Series Headphones to see if they may be the headphones for you.
The Wicked Audio 3D Series Headphones come in three styles and have passive noise cancellation. They also have inline volume control and an adjustable headband. The three styles are Hero, X-Ray, and Airline. They sell for $29.99 and are available now. They are not on the official Wicked Audio website at the time of writing.
I have tried several sets of Wicked Audio headphones in the past and have been impressed with them. When the Wicked Audio 3D Series Headphones came in, I had big hopes. They are cheap at under $30 and have cool style. My review set was the Airline version that look like headphones a pilot would have worn in the early days of flight.
The headphones fit comfortably and have nicely padded ear cups in faux leather. The ear cups are comfortable for long wear and the headband adjusts easily. The headband doesn't keep the headphones on your head enough to allow you to work out strenuously without them wanting to fall off.
The integrated volume adjustment is a simple rotary knob that you can turn for more or less volume and will work with any audio source. The connector is a 3.5mm input and will work with anything. The big deal here is that for $29.99 these headphones have amazing bass. The bass is deep and thumping and the sort that usually comes on headphones that cost $100 or more. I am very, very impressed at the audio quality these headphones offer.
The deep bass doesn't overwhelm the mid and high range sounds. You can still clearly hear vocals and get the full range of music from these headphones. If you want an on-ear set of headphones on a budget, I haven't tried any that sound as good as the Wicked Audio 3D Series Headphones in the past.
The Wicked Audio 3D Series Headphones are hands down my choice for the best cheap headphones I have tried in recent memory.
