15.6-inch powerhouse for gamers

MSI is launching a couple new notebooks at CES 2012 that won awards for design and innovation. One of the machines is the GT685 gaming notebook. The machine had a 2GHz Core i7 processor with quad cores inside. It also uses the NVIDIA GTX 580M discrete video card with 2GB of RAM.

The notebook has up to 32GB and a 15.6-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. The machine has up to 1.5TB of storage and can be optioned with a Blu-ray drive. It has 2.1 audio with THX TruStudio Pro sound.

The machine packs in WiFi and Bluetooth along with a 9-cell battery with 7800mAh of power. The machine also boasts a LED lighting system for style and Cooler Boost to keep it nice and cool. Pricing is unknown at this time.
