This is the second interesting Apple rumor hat has surfaced today. The latest rumor claims that there are about 250 different workers from Apple present at the CES 2012 show. Considering Apple has no official presence at the show it's a very large turnout indeed.
Presumably, the workers would be checking out the competition and perhaps getting ideas for products and strategies. A pro geek called Tom Krazit spotted Apple's Greg Joswiak at the event. Apparently, Joswiak was checking out the Sony booth with his nametag arranged so you couldn’t see the name of company he was with.
Greg Joswiak is the head of the iOS product marketing division. Apparently, the Apple VP said he was just looking at how competitors show off their devices and what they were featuring in the booth. This is all interesting to me, even if we have no proof to the rumors.
