Samsung is a late entry in the Super Bowl 2012 Ad line-up. Super Bowl Ads for Geeks reports that Samsung will air a new ad in the Samsung Galaxy S II, The Next Big Thing campaign.
This campaign attacks Apple fanboys waiting for the next iPhone. Some of these ads are actually really funny and have smart dialogs that takes nice hits on Apple fanboys. Samsung already published the new Samsung Super Bowl 2012 Ad dubbed Samsunged.
You can watch it below. I actually like a couple of the previous ads in the Samsung Galaxy S II, The Next Big Thing campaign much better. Watch the other ads on Super Bowl Ads for Geeks.
The Samsung Super Bowl 2012 ad is aimed directly at Apple, but "Samsunged" should have been quite a bit more aggressive and funny. It will likely not have a big impact, similar to last year's Motorola's failed attack on Apple in the Super Bowl. There is actually no official confirmation that the Samsunged titled Samsung commercial is the one Samsung will run during the Super Bowl. Maybe the Korean electronics giant has another ad up its sleeve.
The Super Bowl 2012 is taking place in Indianapolis on February 5th, 2012. Just like last year, I4U News will be featuring again the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the game. For even more Super Bowl 2012 Ads coverage visit our new Super Bowl Ads Blog.
