The patent war between Apple and Samsung is going on far too long. At least this is what federal Judge Lucy Koh believes. She has ordered Apple CEO Tim Cook and Samsung CEO Gee-Sung Choi to meet face to face within 90 days for mediated settlement talks.
Apple has sued Samsung about a year ago over patent infringement and trademarked design violations for the iPhone and iPad in Samsung's Galaxy phones and tablets. Samsung has since counter sued Apple.
