What would we do without rumors from the Asian gadget supply chain. Today Digitimes reports that Pegatron is rumored to have secured a deal from Apple to supply the iPhone 5 and a new iPad. The "new new" iPad would launch in Q4. Pegatron is making the iPhone 4S and the also makes the new iPad. It is no surprise that they also get some action making the iPhone 5, but what is about yet another new iPad?
This is not the rumored 7-inch low priced iPad that is supposed to already come in August made by Foxconn. What I can imagine though is that Apple is fixing the whole global 4GLTE issue around the new iPad. As reported earlier today, the Qualcomm multi-mode LTE chip is coming end of this year. What that chip the iPad Wi-fi + 4G would work with all LTE networks around the world. Right now it only works with US based LTE networks.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
