Facebook shares are trading later than expected. It is 20 minutes after 11 am and traders are getting anxious. Twitter is lighting up with tweets wondering what the delay means. Are NASDAQ servers over loaded? Or is this delay just a way to calm things down?

Update:
Facebook just started trading, 30 minutes delayed. FB popped to $42 in the first seconds of trading. FB shares are dropping. Now trading at $40 just minutes after the trading began. It could be that Facebook ends the day below its IPO price.
