Xbox Smart Glass will kill Wii U

The E3 2012 is next week. There might be some stuff that only select people will see. According to Nicholas Gigante , Microsoft will demonstrate Xbox Smart Glass behind closed doors at the E3.

Features of Xbox Smart Glass include:

  • Will allow users to control their Xbox 360 remotely. Will be available cross platform on multiple operating systems including Windows, Windows Phone, Android and iOS.
  • Applications will be accessible through the tablet. Such as Youtube/Netflix/Vemo ect.
  • Live streaming ability through the tablet to the TV, desktop, laptop and other devices.

Xbox Smart Glass is a combination of Apple Airplay and remote console. I like this. This way the Xbox further expands its right to be the only media hub in the living room.
