Rumor Claims Foxconn to Receive Apple HDTV Screens in Q3 2012

A new rumor is making the rounds that claims Apple could have its new HDTV in production Foxconn in time for the holiday shopping season. The rumor starts from sources within Sharp in China the claim orders have been placed for displays for the Apple HDTV. According to these sources, the screens were originally expected to ship to Foxconn in Q4.

However, the sources now claim that Foxconn will have the screens in Q3. If the screens got there early enough in Q3 for Foxconn to begin mass production, there's a chance that an Apple HDTV could be on the market in time for holiday shopping. That is of course assuming there's any validity to this rumor at all.
