Microsoft has announced a new Xbox 360 dashboard is available for download in the United States. The dashboard is called the Kinect PlayFit and aggregates all the fitness and health data from multiple Kinect enabled games that you play on the game console. It tracks things like how many days in a row use the system, calories burned, and will compare your stats to other users.
The dashboard can be downloaded today in the United States and parts of promises it will launch later this week around the world. The dashboard is free and does require the Kinect to operate.
