Microsoft Unveils New Office Productivity Suite Officially

Microsoft is officially unveiled the new Office productivity suite. The consumer preview of Microsoft office is now available for download and is designed to work with touch, a stylus, a mouse, or keyboards across all Windows devices including tablets. One of the coolest features is the ability to draw using the new Office software using a stylus with touch interactive computers for tablets.

Office will also be included by default in Windows RT devices as Office Home and Student 2013 RT. The new Office suite also has social features with Yammer integration, Skype integration, and lots more. Pricing on the full lineup of software versions will be announced this fall, but Microsoft has confirmed three Office 365 subscription services that will include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access. The packages will include Office 365 Home Premium, Office 365 Small cap business Premium, and office 365 ProPlus. There's no mention of pricing.
