Social bookmarking site Digg got sold two month ago to different buyers. The site itself got bought by Betaworks. The company announced soon after the purchase to relaunch Digg.com after only six weeks. Digg v1 is now here.
The new Digg homepage looks more like a news paper. The layout is clean and Twitter and Facebook integration is everywhere. If Digg can get back to the glory days remains to be seen. There is still lots of new development coming up. But then Reddit has not much in terms of features or layout, but it is the top social sharing site.
