Verizon Wireless is been working hard to rollout LTE coverage to more of its customers. As of today the company has expanded its coverage in now has 4G LTE service available in 34 new markets with coverage for 38 new markets coming later this week. The new service areas mean that Verizon now has LTE coverage in 371 markets.
The company's stated goal is to have LTE coverage in 400 markets by the end of the year, and it certainly looks like it will reach that goal. With the new coverage areas Verizon now has coverage for over three fourths of the population of the United States.
