The widely covered story about Bruce Willis going after Apple to be able to let him give is iTunes library to his kids after his death is apparently not true. Bruce Willis' wif Emma Hemming-Willis has tweeted "it's not a true story" in a response to a tweet about it.
When you buy songs and other media on Apple iTunes you are not fully buying them. What this means is that you cannot inherit your iTunes library to your kids. The online library vanishes with your death. According to The Sun, Bruce Willis is preparing to sue Apple to be able to leave his apparently huge iTunes library to his kids. I actually would like to be able to do that too. I actually never thought about that. Good thing there is Bruce Willis to educate us on the iTunes terms and conditions. Let's see if the Die Hard hero can fix this for us.
