The British automaker Aston Martin has announced the world debut of their all new Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster and revealed the official picture of the car. Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster, which is never seen before at a motor show anywhere in the world, Aston Martin has selected Salon Privé London to reveal the car to visitors to the Supercar Show and Concours d'Elégance at Syon Park, West London this week. Priced at £150,000, the 6.0 litre V12 convertible will reach 62mph in just 4.5 seconds, and will keep going all the way up to 190mph. The Salon Prive show will start from the 5th September. Salon Privé is firmly established as the UK’s most prestigious Supercar Show & Concours d’Elégance.
Several new British debuts, as well as the Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance at Salon Privé put it among the leading automotive shows of the world, alongside the U.S.’s Pebble Beach and Italy’s Villa d’Este.
The Roadster is a topless version of Aston Martin Vantage with some changes like the roadster has been given a revised rear decklid spoiler, a redesigned front air gurney and enhancements to the suspension in order to make it just as dynamically pleasing as its hardtop kin. Other V12 Roadster-specific changes include a healthy dose of carbon fiber on the mirror caps, center stack and gearshift surround, as well as blacked-out elements to the exterior, newly designed wheels and glass switches inside the cabin.
