Apple's next generation Apple TV that is supposed to replace the cable box has come to a halt reports Bloomberg. Apparently the cable companies do not want Apple to get a piece of the TV business. Obviously Apple wants to control the UI. This is part of Apple's product philosophy. They will never agree to a skinned iOS.
