Microsoft makes sure that the Surface tablets are not becoming a total flop and already bought 90,000 for themselves. According to Forbes, Microsoft will treat every Microsoft employee (more than 90,000) to a Surface tablet, new Windows 8 computer and a Windows Phone 8 device. Microsoft follows the good old rule of eat your own dog food and also make sure that there are some Surface tablets in the market.
We still do not know how seriously Microsoft is going to push the Surface tablets. The company has still not revealed the pricing. To take tablet marketshare they need to actually be cheaper than Apple. They do not need necessarily match the Amazon Kindle Fire HD tablet pricing, but they definitely need to stay below Apple.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
