Apple unveiled the iPhone 5 last week. The look is almost identical to the iPhone 4S, but there are actually major changes. The back side of the iPhone 5 is not glass anymore and the two antennas are separated from the case on top and bottom. The front glass is now made from Gorilla Glass 2. The iPhone 5 seems not to need protection anymore through a case or those stick on plastic sheets.
I am all for using the iPhone without case. I would have used the iPhone 4S also without case. There is only one issue why I used a iPhone 4S case. Without a case the iPhone 4S is slipping way to easily out of my jeans back pocket. This is a no go. Now the question is how slippery is the iPhone 5? It is possible that the aluminum backside provides more friction. If it does, I would indeed not need case for the iPhone 5.
Will you wrap your iPhone 5 in a case?
