Microsoft offers all the details on its new smart phone OS

Microsoft Windows Phone 8 officially launched yesterday as the company's latest smart phone operating system. Along with the official announcement for the operating system came the unveil of multiple features including the Kid's Corner and Rooms along with details and pricing for multiple smartphones from Nokia, Samsung, and HTC that will run the operating system. Microsoft is bragging that Windows Phone 8 devices are the only phones with live apps.

The Kid's Corner is I worry free way that adults can share the phone with kids allowing them to play games without having access to other phone features such as texting, phone calls, or the ability to make purchases. Roo allows the user to have group chats with specific people without sharing details with an entire social network. You can check out all the details on Windows phone 8 here.
