NTT DoCoMo introduces japanese Manga Comic Books on their M-stage book visual content distribution service, on February 3.
The service uses the Celsys scroll view function that is featured in their ComicSurfing manga viewer application. The service enables PDA and other mobile device users to read manga content just like they do with ordinary, paper-based comics.
