The Z500 is the Sony Ericsson’s first phone featuring EDGE technology, which provides fast access to wireless data, content downloads, messaging and interactive online gaming.
With the EDGE technology the Z500 achieves download speeds up to 240 kbps. The Z500 supporst class 10 EDGE.
Besides that the phone features a VGA Camera and has multimedia features like a 16-track musicDJ ringtone mixer (like the recently announced Philips 759).
