Panasonic (Matsushita Electric) announces 1GB SD-Card at CeBit.
The product launch is scheduled for April in the Japanese market, followed by distribution elsewhere in the world starting in May. Price will be around $499.

A I4U reader emailed us saying the 1GB SD-Card is already on the japanese market since 2 month and sells for around $1000.
