XACT Communications LLC offers now the X3X Wrist Watch Communicator.
The XACT X3X is the follow-up model to the XACT X2X. Xact updated the look and added exchangable face-plates. They also added Voice Activation. Amazon.com sells the Xact X3X 2-Way for $24.99.
