Atari announces new retro-styled Game console with 20 classic Atari games built-in, called the Atari Flashback.

Update:
Amazon.com sells it for $39.99 (via Target).

Jakks Pacifics (Atari Joystick, Sponge Bob, Ms. Pac Man) showed Atari how to do it for a while now. Finally Atari jumps on the trend and offers their own new retro game console hardware.

The Atari Flashback console features 20 Atari Games from the 80s including Breakout, Centipede and Asteriods. The Console features two Atari 7800 inspired controllers.
The Atari Flashback Console is supposed to hit stores in November with an MSRP of $44.99. See also Atari Flashback product page.
