We reported about the GooRoo Rugboard, a ruggedized sub-size Tablet Computer in August.
We contacted the company to test-drive their wireless webpad. Mostly because it seems this new breed of Web Pads targeted for consumers could be a new trend. In that context see also our story on the Pepper Pad 2 that should come early next year.
The GooRoo Rugboard is on the market now, although their main business is not the consumer market but industry professionals. Still, German-based GooRoo has one package called GoFun geared towards consumers.

As you see in the photo, our newest I4U Review Lab employee Mr. Robosapien personally led the testing of the ruggedness.
