We reported earlier that T-Mo has posted up a teaser page for their first HSPA+ smartphone. While the most likely identity for this new device is the G1 Blaze, Android Central has received a leaked image of what may be the real HSPA+ device. This phone lacks a sliding QWERTY keyboard, but it does match the profile T-Mo put up.

All we can tell from the image is that this phone has a large touchscreen, Genius button, and physical home/back & menu buttons. There may also be a camera button and a front-facing camera, although that won't be clear until we get a better shot.
