Taiwan's Somy Computer offers a massage gadget that is powered via USB.

USB gadgets are unstoppable. For sure currently the screw-ball gadget category (see below for a list of the strangest USB gadgets). The massage ball is no exception. The description on Somy suggests: "for more efficiency to install between your body and seating", well lets just not go there.
The site also warns that the USB Massage Ball is not for medical treatment.
