Somehow I missed the news on LG introducing a 71 inch Plasma TV. PhysOrg reported that LG unveiled the MW-71PY109 71 inch Plasma November 22nd.
LG actually sells this largest commercially available Plasma TV within a 24k gold plated Home Theater system (see photo below).
LG Electronics already showed of a 76 inch Plasma TV prototype in October 2003.
Until now the 65 inch Panasonic Plasma was the largest commercially available Plasma TV.
