New Toshiba Libretto U100 Sub-Notebook

Toshiba introduces a new Libretto ultra-portable notebook in Japan and internationally.

The Toshiba Libretto U100 line features either the Pentium M 733MHz or the 1.1GHz CPU. The 7.2" LED backlight screen has WXGA (1280x768) resolution. 256MB RAM is a bit low. The Hard-drive has a decent 60GB considering the Libretto U100 only weighs 999g. The new Libretto goes on sale end of April.

Toshiba introduced the Libretto Ultra Portable Notebooks back in 2001. At least that is when I first reported about them on I4U. I think Libretto's are still just sold in Japan.
More details in Toshiba press-release. AkihabaraNews has hi-res photos of the Libretto and the also newly announced Toshiba Dynabook SS SX Notebook.
