LuxPro Super Tangent Apple iPod shuffle Knock-Off on Sale in Japan

The LuxPro Super shuffle has the big controversy at the CeBit in Germany this year. Apple got its lawyers to remove the iPod shuffle copy from the Luxpro booth. Then LuxPro said was all just a marketing stunt.
Now DAPReview found out that LuxPro starts to sell the iPod Super Tangent in Japan. The Super Tangent is the "better" iPod shuffle offering FM Tuner and Voice Recorder. The price is about 85 USD for the 512MB. Not sure if its enough for LuxPro to not have shuffle in the product name to escape Apple's lawyers.
