It has nearly happened. Somebody was able to use the PSP Launcher code to run a commercial Sony PSP game from Memory Stick. Current limitation is that there is now sound playing the game Lumines.
The hack runs on v1.50 firmware version of the Sony PSP. Now Sony might have to act on this situation faster.

We reported about the PSP Code Loader development that by itself is not bad thing. For some people it is fun to run own code or emulators. Where it gets bad is when people hack commercial software and distribute those cracked versions and are able to run them.
