Sony announces in Japan an new Sony PSP accessory. The Sony PSP Talkman is a microphone bundled with speech recognition software.
The Sony PSP Talkman (PSP-240) is connected to the USB interface of the Sony PSP. This is good to know that the USB port can be used for such accessories. So we can expect Cameras, keyboards and much more to come for the Sony PSP.
The Talkman software supports four languages: Japanese, Chinese, English and Korean. Talkman is a language interpreter and a language trainer. The Sony PSP language program features a funky blue talking bird.
The PSP accessory measures 50×10×10mm and weighs only 6g.
The Sony PSP Talkman will sell for 5,800 Yen (~$ 52) in Japan on November 17th.

Japanese Game Exporter Play-Asia already has the Sony PSP Talkman for pre-order. It will ship November 17th. The Sony PSP Talkman costs $69.90 for international Sony PSP fans.
