Besides the new Xacti C6 digital camcorder, Sanyo also introduced the Xacti C40 this week.
The Sanyo Xacti C40 has a similar look as the Xacti C4, which Sanyo introduced last year. I cannot really see much difference between those two digital camcorders. The Sanyo C40 is 7g lighter, but the specifications are the same as the C4 as far as I can see. The price is lower than for the DMX-C4.
The Xacti C40 is 4MP digital camcorder with 60 times digital zoom that records MP4 video with 30fps onto SD cards.More details on LetsGoDigital and on the Sanyo Xacti C40 product page (Japanese).
The Sanyo Xacti C5 is on sale in several stores state side.
