The Centrifugal Force Ride-On Car sounds complicated but it is actually for kids that are to young to pedal.

By spinning the steering wheel the centrifugal force car moves forward or backward. Amazingly fast speeds of 8 feet per second are reachable under perfect conditions.
This Ride-On sells for $79.95 on the Hammacher Schlemmer store.
