If you cannot afford a Prius, but still want to protect the environment, than the ZAP Electric Car might be your choice.
Nikki Cash reports from an outside CES show area where ZAP (maker of the Zappy Scooter) presents its new small electric cars, like the ZAP Zebra.
This 3 wheel commuter car has an MSRP of under $9,000 and shipment starts in February says the California based company.
